A First for South Africa: The Concours South Africa Classic Car Auction Presented by Coys of Kensington.

The ground-breaking Concours South Africa Auction, in association with Coys of Kensington, takes place in just a few days time!

 

 

The Concours South Africa Auction, hosted by UK-based Coys of Kensington, takes place on Saturday 11 August at Steyn City.

A first for South Africa – in fact all of Africa! – this international classic car auction features over 70 collector cars from “The Plit Portfolio”, arguably one of Africa’s most significant motor car collections.

In addition, a strictly limited number of other classics will go under the hammer including an ultra-rare Maserati Khamsin AM120 prototype; a 1973 creation of which only five were built.

1968 Ford Shelby GT500 – Estimate: R2,800,000 to R3,200,000

1980 Porsche 924 Carrera GT – Estimate: R1,000,000 to R1,400,000
1950 Jaguar XK120 – Estimate: R2,100,000 to R2,300,000
1973 Maserati AM120 Khamsin Prototype – Estimate: R2,400,000 to R2,600,000
1997 Porsche 911T Original 2.2L – Estimate: R1,800,000 to R2,100,000
